Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of your data held by DEY INVESTMENT - FZCO.
If you have communicated with DEY INVESTMENT - FZCO through our WhatsApp Business application, you may request deletion of your data by email.
What to include
To help us locate the correct records, please provide:
- The phone number used for WhatsApp communication
- Basic information that helps identify the relevant records
- Any identity confirmation information that is necessary
Please do not send sensitive credentials
For your own security, do not include any of the following in your request:
- Passwords
- SMS verification / one-time codes
- Bank passwords or PINs
- Original copies of sensitive identity documents
How we handle your request
- We will first verify your identity after receiving the request.
- We will process the deletion request within applicable law and a reasonable timeframe.
- Data that must be retained for legal, audit, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance reasons may be kept.
- We will confirm by email once the deletion has been completed.
